As a Creative Artworker, you'll be responsible for the design application and production of marketing campaigns and retailer communications for key international clients,from straightforward design to artwork origination and amendments, plus adaptation and versioning of existing signed-off designs.
Responsibilities:
Create, prepare, and edit digital and print-ready artwork across various media, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Produce retouching of images and photography to a good level.
Understand and apply color management principles in daily tasks.
Identify and resolve design, artwork, and production challenges.
Complete all personal administration, including timesheets, accurately and promptly.
Understand the company’s quality control process and systems, employing a methodical approach.
Provide the business with the best value by estimating and managing time accurately, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Be meticulous and have a keen eye for detail, setting high personal standards.
Continuously develop skills and seek growth opportunities.
Build a strong working relationship with any internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (C1).
Advanced Spanish proficiency (verbal and written).
3+ years of experience in design and production-focused artworker, preferably in an agency, production agency, or direct client setting.
Extensive experience in accurately applying a design concept across various media and formats.
Straightforward design, typographical, and layout skills.
In-depth expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator and InDesign).
Experience with pre-flighting, proofing, and image retouching.
A full understanding of the stylesheet within InDesign.
Ensuring content is fully understood and laid out/spaced consistently throughout documents (without additional carriage returns).
General automated artwork production and template-building experience.
Familiarity with agency and wider marketing technology systems such as DAM, ad delivery platforms, approval/signoff tools, and collaborative and production workflows.
Understanding of color management.
An understanding of GREP would be an advantage!
