We’re seeking a talented senior digital marketing specialist to join our innovative team and help deliver high-impact results for our clients.

  • Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Location: Open to candidates based in LATAM.
  • Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
  • Modality: Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media: Manage campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing for performance and ROI.
  • SEO and Content Strategy: Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and craft content strategies to boost visibility.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to generate data-driven insights, prepare performance reports, and inform strategies.
  • Client Account Management: Foster client relationships, ensuring their goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns, leveraging automation and performance tracking to drive engagement.
Note: We don’t expect you to have senior-level expertise in all areas of digital marketing, but strong foundational knowledge in each area is necessary. Senior-level expertise in at least one area is required, and expertise across all areas is a plus! 

Minimum Requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 level).
  • 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget projects and driving measurable results.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following: Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Account Management, or Email Marketing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
