Account Management - Multiple Countries - Full Time
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join one of our clients' teams. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring deliverables are on track, timelines are clear, and communication flows smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and with senior experience in client-facing roles who thrives in dynamic agency environments.

- Location: Open to candidates based in LATAM
- Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2)
- Modality: Hybrid (only for candidates in Caracas, Venezuela) / Remote
Responsibilities
- Client Communication Support: Support client communication by preparing meeting notes, documenting action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Project Coordination: Track project deliverables, timelines, and updates using Click-Up, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on priorities, clarify needs, and move tasks forward.
- Task Management: Monitor and organize project tasks, flagging blockers and supporting the team in staying on track.
- Reporting Assistance: Help prepare regular updates for clients, including performance reports, status summaries, and budget tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing or client services.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level.
- Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience using project management tools.
Desired Skills
- Experience using Click-Up.
- Background working with B2B clients or in the tech services industry.
- Background in digital marketing agencies or client-facing project roles.
- Comfort working in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Experience with international clients or fast-paced teams.
