We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, overseeing project timelines, maintaining strong relationships, and helping optimize our processes for smooth operations. This role requires a proactive approach to client communication and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent, proactive communication.
Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to achieve client objectives.
Utilize our project management tools (ClickUp) to track project progress, updates, and action items.
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless transitions.
Monitor budgets, client goals, and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to clients and internal teams.
Participate in client calls, document key points, and follow up on action items.
Identify areas for process improvements and support the team in implementing efficient workflows.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in digital marketing project management.
