Senior Paid Media Analyst
Paid Media - Caracas, Distrito Capital, Venezuela - Full Time
Position Goal
The Paid Media Specialist will work with the Paid Media Team to ensure the proper performance of paid campaigns and the achievement of the client’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Launch paid campaigns with a monthly budget of over 1000$.
- Provide campaign performance reports for the clients, including valuable insights and metrics.
- Propose new strategies for the client’s paid campaigns.
- Assist and participate in client meetings and platform conferences (such as Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads).
- Supervise the Paid Media Team.
Occupant Profile
- Academic level: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, or related fields.
- Years of experience in the position: 3+ years.
Required technical knowledge
- Advanced business English and previous experience working with English-speaking clients in Paid Media.
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Paid Media platforms management: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads are required; any other paid media channel experience is a plus.
- Google Analytics domain.
- Conversion tracking knowledge.
- Experience with CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Google Tag Manager familiarity is a plus.
