Staffing - Remote - Full Time

We are looking for a Full-Time SEO Manager to lead and implement a robust SEO strategy for one of our clients in the legal/professional services industry. This role offers the opportunity to build and manage a high-performing internal SEO team while driving measurable results in lead generation and organic growth.

Key Details:

  • Contract Type: Undefined.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Location: Open to candidates based in LATAM.
  • Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
  • Modality: Fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Build, manage, and mentor an internal SEO team.
  • Oversee all aspects of website optimization, content creation, and local SEO efforts.
  • Design and implement efficient processes and workflows for SEO tasks.
  • Analyze and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 6+ years of extensive SEO expertise, particularly in lead generation and legal/professional services industries.
  • Proven experience in building and managing successful SEO teams.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, and others.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to create and optimize workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
