Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team and support one of our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with U.S.-based clients on international projects, working closely with marketing teams to optimize content strategy and paid media performance.

Key Details

• Contract type: Contractor.
• Work schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week).
• Location: Open to candidates based in LATAM.
• Language requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
• Modality: Fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Publishing: Write compelling copy and publish content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and objectives.
• Content Calendar Management: Plan and schedule content in collaboration with internal teams, aligning with marketing initiatives and key events.
• Creative Strategy & Engagement Optimization: Analyze engagement metrics from quarterly reports and propose creative solutions, such as quick Canva designs, to improve post performance.
• Client Collaboration & Planning Meetings: Participate in monthly planning meetings with stakeholders, including Blake, to align on marketing priorities and strategies.
• Quarterly & Paid Reports: Gather and filter data to draft quarterly performance reports for key clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Campaign & Client Coordination: Manage increasing content demands, event-related assets, and webinar support, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Paid Media Campaigns: Oversee ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including strategy development, execution, and performance tracking.
• Strategy for Growth & Performance: Support and analyze paid media strategies, including follower growth campaigns and LinkedIn Live event promotions.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management and paid media.
• Proven experience in copywriting, content scheduling, and publishing.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign performance metrics.
• Experience creating performance reports and analyzing engagement data to optimize content.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools to enhance visual appeal.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience working in client-facing roles with regular meetings and collaboration.
• Knowledge of event promotion and webinar marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset for optimizing paid media campaigns and engagement strategies.
