We are looking for a talented Junior to Mid-Level Designer to join our team in supporting one of our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on international projects, transform creative briefs into impactful designs, and collaborate closely with a dynamic creative team.

  • Contract type: Indefinite
  • Work schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Location: Open to candidates based in LATAM.
  • Language requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
  • Modality: Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Produce high-quality visuals for branding, marketing, web, social media, and print.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and designers to develop creative ideas aligned with client goals.
  • Brand Development: Lead the creation and evolution of brand identities, guidelines, and assets.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Project Ownership: Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timeliness and brand consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a design role, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print projects.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.
