Position Goal

The Paid Media Specialist will work with the Paid Media Team to ensure the proper performance of paid campaigns and the achievement of the client’s goals. 

Responsibilities

  • Launch paid campaigns with a monthly budget of over 1000$.
  • Provide campaign performance reports for the clients, including valuable insights and metrics.
  • Propose new strategies for the client’s paid campaigns.
  • Assist and participate in client meetings and platform conferences (such as Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads).
  • Supervise the Paid Media Team.
  • Review deliverables (decks, presentations, keyword research, campaign results.

Occupant Profile

  • Academic level: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Years of experience in the position: 3+ years.

Required technical knowledge

  • Advanced business English and previous experience working with English-speaking clients in Paid Media. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. 
  • Strong Excel skills. 
  • Paid Media platforms management: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads are required; any other paid media channel experience is a plus.
  • Google Analytics domain. 
  • Conversion tracking knowledge.
  • Experience with CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Google Tag Manager familiarity is a plus.
