Senior Manager/Supervisor

We are looking for a Full-Time SEO Manager to lead and implement a robust SEO strategy for one of our clients in the legal/professional services industry. This role offers the opportunity to build and manage a high-performing internal SEO team while driving measurable results in lead generation and organic growth.

Key Details:

  • Contract Type: Undefined.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Location: Open to candidates based in LATAM.
  • Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
  • Modality: Fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies for law firm clients, covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts.

  • Keyword & Content Optimization: Identify high-intent keywords through in-depth research and collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content that ranks and converts.

  • Technical & Local SEO: Improve website performance through audits, site structure improvements, schema implementation, and manage local SEO strategies including Google Business Profile and local citations.

  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and interpret SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. Use data to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.

  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing SEO team. Ensure team output aligns with SEO goals and deliverables through clear processes and quality standards.

  • Client Support & Reporting: Deliver monthly reports with insights and recommendations for Client Success Managers. Support sales by conducting SEO audits and assessments for prospects.

  • Workflow & Project Management: Manage recurring SEO tasks and ad hoc requests using ClickUp. Maintain organized, efficient workflows that support scalability and consistent execution.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of extensive SEO expertise, particularly in lead generation and legal/professional services industries.
  • 3+ years working specifically with law firm SEO (e.g., personal injury, family law, criminal defense)
  • Proven experience in building and managing successful SEO teams.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and others.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to create and optimize workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
  • Experience in agencies.
