We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Specialist & Strategist to lead our social media efforts across various platforms. This senior role will begin at 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to up to 35 hours based on performance and company needs. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals, with a focus on creating engaging content, building audience relationships, and driving brand awareness. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a C1/C2 level of English proficiency are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Manage and create content for multiple platforms
• Monitor social media performance and generate reports with actionable insights for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives
• Manage influencer collaborations and social media budgets

Qualifications:

• Advanced English Level C1/C2
• Proven experience in social media strategy and management
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies based on performance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in basic reporting and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
