We are looking for a Full-Time Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives and guide business decisions by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing financial models. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions that drive performance and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Manage and ensure the integrity of financial and operational data. Utilize advanced database tools and techniques to analyze large datasets.

  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with management and stakeholders to understand and enhance business processes.

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions and use data visualization tools to make strategic recommendations.

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, create financial models, and report on financial performance for regular leadership reviews.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial trends, and project future revenue and expenses.

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project alignment.

  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business processes and workflows extensively.

  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and financial software applications.

  • Strong analytical, data gathering, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for quantitative analysis.

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus.
