We are looking for a Full-Time CRO Manager to lead and implement a robust conversion optimization strategy for one of our clients in the legal/professional services industry. This role offers the opportunity to build data-driven testing frameworks, enhance user experience across digital touchpoints, and drive measurable results in lead generation and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- CRO Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end CRO strategies focused on improving conversion rates across websites, landing pages, and intake funnels.
- User Behavior Analysis: Conduct in-depth audits using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity to uncover friction points and identify opportunities for conversion improvements.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to drive continuous optimization across user journeys.
- UX/UI Optimization: Collaborate with design and development teams to implement changes that improve performance, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategies, validate hypotheses, and improve lead form performance and CTA effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with SEO and PPC teams to align traffic sources with CRO goals and ensure performance consistency across channels.
- Client Reporting: Deliver actionable CRO insights and recommendations to the Client Success team to communicate progress and strategy to clients.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key metrics such as conversion rate growth, engagement, and test velocity.
Required Experience and Skills:
Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, UX/UI, data science, or related field
5+ years of CRO, UX/UI, or digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
Experience working with legal clients (e.g., personal injury, family law, criminal defense) is preferred
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Google Optimize, Optimizely, and similar
Experience with landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage)
Strong understanding of UX principles and user psychology
Familiarity with ClickUp, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Desired Skills:

Strong project management and workflow optimization skills
Experience in agency environments
