Job Description: Part-Time Paid Media Specialist (Search Focus)

We are looking for a Part-Time Paid Media Specialist with a strong focus on search campaigns to join our team. The role will begin at 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to up to 35 hours based on performance and business needs. You will manage, optimize, and analyze paid search campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with our marketing objectives. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a C1/C2 level of English proficiency are mandatory for this position. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
  • Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROI
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the team to align search strategies with overall marketing goals
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in search campaign management (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • English proficiency at C1/C2 level (mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
