We are looking for a full-time Marketing Operations Coordinator to support and optimize multi-channel marketing programs for one of our clients, a global leader in human capital management research.

Key Details:

  • Contract Type: Full-time
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Open to candidates based in Venezuela
  • Modality: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation & Workflow Management: Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows to automate lead nurturing, campaign follow-up, and internal processes. Partner with the SVP to design, test, and improve automation strategies.
  • Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns. Act as liaison with the design team to ensure delivery of assets. Manage timelines, task tracking, and feedback loops to keep campaigns on schedule.
  • Digital Advertising Support: Support paid media efforts across platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) by coordinating creatives and monitoring deliverables.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule posts, engage with audiences, and repurpose content for various digital channels. Use AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity in social media output.
  • Performance Reporting & Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics using HubSpot analytics and dashboards. Support reporting, contact segmentation, and suggest areas for automation and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally B2B or digital environments
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot marketing tools and workflows
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with digital ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing timelines
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva) for content or process optimization
